Program objectives: The purpose of this workshop is to help participants recognize the skills that are needed in being part of a successful team. It is also to get the participants to think about interpersonal skills and whether their work teams use these skills and what their strengths and weaknesses are.

Training methods:

The workshop will be highly interactive. The following training methods will be used:

-         Power point presentation

-         Simulations

-         Individual exercises

-         Group exercises

-         Discussions


Duration: Two days – both days from 9am – 5pm,

with tea-breaks from 10.30am-10.45am / 3.30pm-3.45pm and lunch from 01.00pm – 02.00pm on both days.


Target audience: This workshop is suitable for people who have real teams in which they work. They need not to be leaders of their teams as long as they are part of a work team.
