At the end of the workshop - participants will understand and appreciate each other primary personality & working styles, improve working relationship & foster teamwork; as well as able to apply problem solving approaches, determine problem solving style, define problems & determine root causes, generate alternate solutions, evaluate and implement solutions; as well as able to harvest numerous ideas from the various brainstorming approaches.

Dr. William Leon Chua PhDis the Founder, Chief Trainer and Principal Consultant of DRC Management & Training PLT.
