FOREWORD

The approach to this exclusive workshop will develop a combative-chemistry culture among all the participants for effective and pragmatic interaction. It is presented in a dramatic and inspiring manner engulfed with the fire of passion fueled by continuous motivation and challenging activities. It draws on the history of ancient war-wisdom into the 21st century business environment for combative management & marketing. The spirit of the ancient warriors will excruciatingly and incredibly embalm the workshop throughout and there will be no moment for mental rest as the delivery will be spontaneous and simultaneous. Warring videos and such war drums will enliven the combative spirit among the participants and uplift their morale and enthusiasm. The sound of clanging swords will be heard from time to time.

Participants will walk away from the training - feeling refreshed, exhilarated and ready to embark on the journey where ‘business is war, and war is business’. They will be recouped to take on the business battlefield. They would have shifted into the paradigm of the business warriors!

Brief Profile of the Trainer

Master (Dr.) William Leon Chua PhD 

who is also a renown kung-fu grandmaster is a multi-industrial practitioner, having worked in numerous industries including Manufactories, Financial Services, Hospitality, Construction, & FMCG wherein he was designated in various positions inter-alia Branch Manager, Agency Manager, Regional Manager, Branches Operations Manager, Group HR & Training Manager, Group Marketing Manager, General Manager, CEO; he has acquired a wide spectrum of experience, knowledge & skills.

He is a member of the Malaysia Association of Professional Speakers (MAPS), was a panel trainer for the Malaysia Institute of Management (MIM) and the Malaysia Insurance Institute (MII). He is a registered HRDF (on a full time basis) professional trainer since year 1999.

His hands-on experience supplemented with his academic pursuits & achievements such as Diploma in Sales Management, Diploma in Human Resource Management, Diploma in Business & Management, BA major in Psychology, MBA, PhD in Organizational Behavior and boosted with 20 years of research work (and continuing…); he has empowered his capability in facilitating realistic strategic thinking & down-to-earth seminars to meet his clients’ core prerequisites on staff developmental needs, and providing business consultation.

Complemented with his volumes of multi-style approach in facilitating seminars & workshops, he has been able to deliver captivating seminars with greater impact in a most pragmatic yet entertaining, motivating & humorous manner (for better retention).
