FOREWORD:
It is human and
systemic capabilities, practices, and behaviors that make organizations
effective. Organizational development seeks to strengthen the informal
organization beyond the organizational structure or the specifics of the
organization design. It is concerned with the performativity of actual
organizational processes and how they promote or impede formal business
processes. Leadership
development and organization development are deployed in relation to organizational change: organization development is often focused on current or
recent change, that is supported by organization development in the context
of change management programs; leadership development, on the other hand, is
deployed to build leaders that can steer organizations through future change.
The Manager’s or Supervisor’s position requires a combination of
leadership styles, strategic intent, principle-centered approach, common
sense, patience and a fundamental understanding of how to work with people
towards the desired organizational development. After-all, people are the
life force of an Organization. Obviously, there is the need to improve
leadership, staff management & organizational skills; understand the
mechanics of productivity from as many core management principles and
pertinent angles.
This Program will provide abundance skills & motivation including an
overall in-sight into the ways of becoming an effective & more
experienced manager so as to be able to speed up performance &
productivity. To increase productivity, first & foremost requires the
initiation of change towards the renewal of managerial performance expounded
with indispensable leadership skills. Managers must be able to persuade and
convince people not only to embrace change and work in harmony but also to
double if not triple their efforts and this call for leadership empowerment
among managers.

TRAINER'S PROFILE:
William Leon Chua PhD, is the
Founder, Chief Trainer and Principal Consultant of DRC Management &
Training PLT. He is a sought-after management consultant; and compelling
corporate trainer & motivator on Leadership Empowerment, Strategic
Management, Teambuilding, Inter-personal & Communication skills,
Strategic Marketing, Professional Selling Skills, Customer Service, Sun Tzu
Art of War, Corporate Ethics, Mind-set Change, TQM, and High-Performance
Management etc. He speaks to audiences in Malaysia, around the Asia-Pacific
Region, and occasionally in Europe.
He was a member of the Malaysia Association of Professional Speakers
(MAPS) & the Malaysia Institute of Management (MIM) and a registered
corporate trainer with the Human Resource Development Federation of Malaysia
(HRDF).
Academically - he has acquired a Diploma in Sales Management from IMM,
